Designed by Cameron Anderson, Sapling sits quietly within the landscape, crafted with rammed earth, sustainable timber and thoughtful orientation. Fully off-grid and solar powered, it offers comfort, sustainability and quiet luxury in equal measure.
Art is woven into the Sapling experience, not simply placed on the walls. Each stay features a rotating collection of Australian artwork, extending Rosby’s long connection to artists, exhibitions and Sculptures in the Garden.
Guests are invited to slow down, look closely and experience the retreat as a living gallery, where art, architecture and nature come together.

Sapling at Rosby was something else. Very peaceful and the accomodation was immaculate. The breakfast provided was a welcome surprise. Staying on a working vineyard with magnificent views and the free wine tasting just topped it off.
